Don't you guys have mothers? I am a school nutritionist by trade, and
our recommendation is that you eat your carrots cooked or raw for better
night vision. If you don't like carrots, try the new V-8 Splash drinks
and get 100% of your vitamin A and Vitamin C at the same time, thus
protecting against colds while strengthening your eyes.
