An interview concerning meteor burst communications, primarily military and
commercial uses, is available this week as streaming audio (reqires
RealAudio player) on the RAIN Report. Sascha Segan, of ABCNEWS.COM, was
interviewed following his report on the ABCNEWS Web site (below). It's
interesting, especially being done by someone who isn't involved in it.
The interview runs approximately 15 minutes and will be available for two
weeks. Go to the RAIN Report Web site, then to the upper left hand corner
and click on RAIN Report, Present, RA2.0 14.4.

Next Friday (March 2), this report will go to the Last Week box, and
another meteor scatter report, this time an interview with W8WN (sorry
about that, chief), will cover more about Amateur involvement in meteor
scatter work.
