I was wondering how radio meteor observing is affected by the intense
solar activity during a maximum.  This is brought to my mine by the fact
that there is a sunspot, or cluster,  that is easily visible to the eye
with no more aid than a number fourteen welder filter.  This solar
maximum has been the most sparse of all of the solar maxima that I can
remember of at least these large spots.
