I would like to know more on radiant maps and their time of apperarence to the
earth bound detectors who are located at different location of the earth. Or in
other words how the time of apperarance and detection can be suitably fixed at
different locations on the earth. (I know about the apex effect ) however, I
would like to know in terms of diagrams explaining the answer for the above
question.
