"Kung Hee Fah Choi" is a local spelling with serious accent in Guangdong
and Hong Kong. In offical Chinese as we speak in Beijing and most area in
China, it is spelt as "Gong Xi Fa Cai", and means "may you have more
money" or "congratulations for your richness". This is a traditional
blessing idiom.
