Lew:

The radiant-rise time can be determined by subtracting 6 hours
from the radiant RA to give your Sidereal Time.  Go to this 
Naval Observatory webpage to compute your local Sideral Time:
http://www.scifi.com/roswellcrash/# 
then figure out how long you will have to wait.

Does anybody have a webpage which converts from Sidereal
Time to local time, to make this more direct?
