It didn't break apart. It was large with a tail
Did it leave a persistent streak in the sky after it was gone?
How long did that last?
The streak was very bright but only lasted a brief second.
How fast did it move? Use a 1 to 5 scale, 1 being
VERY slow, and 5 being extremely quick.

If yes, what was the time delay from sighting to sound?
Was traveling on the highway, I heard no sound.
What is the closest Town/State to where you saw the fireball?

It appeared to be a meteor and I say that because it had to have hit land. It
was a good size object and if I were to describe it's path or angle comparing it
to a wall clock, it appeared just a bit off to the west at 10:00 and decended
east and out of sight at 4:00.
