It may be difficult for you to get a copy (maybe
through Amazon.com), but I would recommend "The Night
Sky Observer's Guide" (two volumes, from Willem-Bell)
as a resource. Not only do they have observations in
that range of scope, but also the names of the folks
who did the observations over the years (so you could
contact them...if they are "on the net")...
