I haven't seen the Double-star charts mentioned below, but for the last year I've been observing doubles listed in the Night Sky Observer's Guide.

This two volume set is primarily devoted to non-stellar deep sky objects, but does include significant double-star lists (with PA, separation, and magnitudes) for each constellation. It also has maps for all the listed doubles. I'm guessing the list includes 30 or more doubles per constellation on the average.

The NSOG is a terrific resource -- a must for the serious deepsky observer, IMHO.  :-)
