Date and UT of observation: 02 November 1991, early morning

Limiting magnitude (visual in UMi): 5.8 with averted vision

Description: located (after a searching for a while) at 80x with prism as a
stellar dot, faint, about mag.11; at 145x, very slightly nebulous.
