Location of site: ASH Naylor Observatory, Lewisberry, PA, USA (Lat 40.15 d N, 76.9 d W, Elev 190 meters)
Site classification: Exurban
Sky darkness: 5.0+ <Limiting magnitude>
Seeing: 6 <1-10 Seeing Scale (10 best)>
Moon presence: None - moon not in sky
Instrument: 17" f/15 classical Cassegrain equatorial mount
Magnification: 118, 144, 202, 259x

Category: Globular cluster.
Class:
Constellation: Hydra
Data: mag 10.2 size 3.6'
Position: RA 14h:29.6m DEC -26d:32'
Description:
This rather small and somewhat faint globular cluster was easier to see than I
expected given its magnitude and far southerly declination. No resolution was
achieved. The best view of this fuzzball, which is listed at 11.0 magnitude,
and 2.2' in the Herschel 400 handbook, was at 202x.
