Description:
M12 appeared to me as larger and brighter than M9 and M10, (both in Oph). Its apparent diameter is about 6 arc minutes. At 100x, there were 3 brighter stars around the edge of the gc, but I am not sure if they are part of the gc, or just part of the star field. A brightening towards the center of the gc was detectable.
