NGC4754; Galaxy; SO; 10.6v mag; 2.5' x 1.0'SZ; 23*PA; RA12:52.5, DEC+11:18
220X-NGC4754 is a soft moderately bright oval with sharply defined round core
and a sellat nucleus.
NGC4762; Galaxy; SAO; 10.3v mag; 9.0' x 2.0'SZ; 32*PA; RA12:52.0, DEC+11:13.
220X-NGC4762 is a long thin Galaxy viewed edge-on. The halo is bright near the
center, fading to very dim at the ends. The ends appear to fan wider than the
remainder of the halo except at the area around the core. The core is a bright
long thin streak with rounded ends and a flattened bulge at the center. There
is a stellar like nucleus. No detectable dust lane.
NGC4754 and NGC4762 are joined by an irregular stream of stars
