Description:
NGC 2392 (the Eskimo Nebula) was the first deep-sky object I imaged
with the newly acquired AVA StellaCax EX video camera belonging to the
Astronomical Society of Harrisburg. Despite strong moonlight and a
less than ideal slow focal ratio of f/15 the Eskimo's inner and outer
haloes were visible on the video monitor. The 10.5 magnitude central
star was readily apparent.
