Description:
11 Beta Monocerotis is a beautiful multiple star. The A, B and C components are all white. Their magnitudes are 4.7, 5.2 and 6.1. They almost appear to shine in equal brightness through the eyepiece. There is a D component of magnitude 12.4 which I did not detect. Separation AB 7.16", AC 9,91", AD 25,90".
