More on primary galactic cosmic ray and Flt 800.. Our sun has absolutely
nothing to do with generating cosmic rays. (also not to mention that a
primary would never make it that deep into the atmosphere without setting off
the usual
particle cascade, or that the highest energy ever measured for a cosmic ray
was the equivalent of a well hit tennis ball.)
