Kevin,

 I sympathize with you considerably, especially since my computer has been
down at the college all summer-three months and I am just now trying to get
a handle on e-mail. However I would like to point out that a lot of the
questions and the answers intended for only one person have benefits to
many, even some of the experienced. I would rather sort through extra mail
than miss out on a useful website that was the answer to someone's personal
question, but the answer come to the group. I have always urged erring on
the liberal side with this matter though I am conservative in other
respects.
