Hey, Jim (and others): sorry you had problems reaching the 'meteorobs' Web site! I've emailed TIAC support about it, and put in a phone call. By the way, one thing which sometimes helps is simply to hit your Brower's "Reload" or "Refresh" button if you get an error loading a Web page! Lew
