There's a report regarding the Montana event that occurred 
at about 10:20 p.m. on 21 April local (4:20 on 22 April UTC) 
at this URL:

Perhaps the main detail besides it apparently being very 
bright is that about one minute later this person reports, 
"a very progressive and then decreasing type of "rolling 
thunder" echoed through the valley for another 60 seconds."

Regarding Lyrids -- it was cloudy here.
