It means the exponential of 10. For example, .98e+23 means 0.98 times 10
to the 23rd, which is 0.98 * 100000000000000000000000, or 0.98 * 10^23.
1.08e+23 = 1.08 * 100000000000000000000000 = 108000000000000000000000.
And 5.0e-8 = 0.00000005. 7.0e+4 = 70000.

Best, Jin
