I have confirmed that the rocket 01053D #25990 was according to its last
element set , above the horizon for Elpaso Texas. Ted gave sites for
some decay information, but it was out of date. Their is unamity among
re=entry forecasters that JERS-1 wont come in till tomorrow.
The latest information
of decays is available on the OIG website at Goddard Space flight Center.
However they only allow registered users (like me )to connect due to
current national security council regulations ).
Upcoming decays are discussed on the Seesat-L mailing list. The archive of this
can be searched from the visual satellite observers home page
at www.satobs.org
