You can compare previous year rates.  Not all nights were clear around the
date of max so that is why there are no detections on these dates.  This
data is unbiased as the fireballs were recorded by Sandia All-sky video
cameras located at Courtenay B.C. (EMO) and Victoria, B.C. (SG) and (UV).
The camera at UV was moved to SG so only one system is located in the
Victoria area.  Note the dual station detections!
