You definately should. It's not possible to get the real ZHR value, if only 
successful observations are posted. Especially in the case of the June 
Bootids with their outbursting activity in 1916, 1927 and 1998, it's 
important to know that there hasn't been an outburst this year.

Fortunately, it shouldn't happen very often to see no single meteor in 1.5 
hours of observing. Some sporadic activity is always there.
