Greetings:

So another great one passes. Great not only in astronomy
(whether he was right or wrong, he did a good job of
popularizing the subject) and science fiction (my personal
favorites were "The Black Cloud" and the pair of pairs--"A
for Andromeda/The Andromeda Breakthrough" and "Into Deepest
Space/Rockets in Ursa Major").

He is among the stars that he loved now.
