Description:
Parsamyan 21, a dim "cometary" nebula, was barely visible with averted vision.
Using high power allowed a small, comet-like glow to be seen. The use of a
Lumicon UHC filter was detrimental as might be expected given the nature of
this object.
I learned of Parsamyan 21, also known as NS 18, through a sci.astro.amateur
observing report by Dave Riddle.
