=46ilters used: UHC, OIII, Hbeta
Object: M2-9 (PK 10+18 2; PN G010.8+18.0)
Category: Planetary Nebula
Constellation: OPH
Object data: Vmag=3D14.6; dim.20"; type ?+VI; central * of Vmag=3D15.65;
discovered by Minkowski in 1947; Hbeta and OIII fluxes equal (ELCAT).
RA/DE: 17h05.6m, -10=B008' (2000); Uranometria 292
Description: at 211x and OIII, small to medium nebula (for a PN), very
faint, bipolar since 211x because the central star appears detached from 2
wings (ansae) giving an overall shape estimated to be 25"x12" in a N-S
axis; UHC and OIII are both giving the same little contrast gain, Hbeta
doesn't help.

encoding of Eudora (for Mac); just mail me to try
