That depends on what you consider a "good shower", Kevin! I can say that
if you *DO* decide to skip the Geminids and wait, the next shower which
even has a CHANCE of significantly outperforming the Geminids over North
America would be the (by SOME) predicted Leonid outburst of Nov 2001! And
if not then, I think you have to wait till later in the 21st Century. :)

SO GET OUT FOR THE GEMINIDS IF YOU WANT TO SEE METEORS!

The Geminids (along with the Perseids in August) are the crowning jewel
of the annual meteor shower calendar... Get out and see them if you can,
so long as you can do so WITHOUT messing with your education, of course!

(I highly advise an afternoon nap, as well as getting to bed right after
dinner on the nights you will be staying up midnight to dawn!)
