The basics of meteor shower association can be found in the

In summary, the 3 criteria to use are:

1. If the meteor's path is traced backwards, does it lie within the
radiant zone (a circle centered about the exact radiant point, which
has a diameter of 5° for the Perseids)

2. Distance from radiant/path length criteria. The length of the
meteor's path must not exceed 50% of the distance from the start
point of the path to the radiant. (ie., long meteors starting near the
radiant can be ruled out, but shorter ones far away are Ok.)

3. Their velocity. Perseids are 59km/s, which are quite swift.

However unless you made videos, photos, plotted them or kept
detailed records on each one, it may not be possible to make the
associations now, after the fact!
